Lihui Tang, MD, PhD

Lihui Tang, MD, PhD, is a psychiatrist with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in psychiatric care for adults with mental illness, such as anxiety disorders, depression, addiction, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder. He applies best-practice techniques and procedures to help insure long-term patient outcomes.

Dr. Tang went to medical school at Harbin University in Harbin, China. Upon completion of medical school, he received his PhD in biological sciences from University of Windsor in Windsor, Canada. He did his residency at Duke Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina and his fellowship at University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Tang is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has been published in various academic journals for his work in biological sciences. He sees patients ages 18 and older.
