Emily Schuster Millar, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with AHN Neuroscience Institute. She specializes in aphasia, cognitive disorders, concussion, dysarthria, dysphonia, Passy-Muir speaking valve, verbal apraxia, swallowing therapy, vocal hygiene education, and voice therapy, with special expertise in Lee Silverman voice treatment and SPEAK OUT! voice treatment for patients with Parkinson’s disease.

She did her Bachelor in Psychology at University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and her Master in Speech-Language Pathology at University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.

Emily Schuster Millar believes that therapy is most successful when goals and activities are motivating and functional to patients and family. She sees patients ages 16 and older.
