If you or a family member have been diagnosed with a covered cancer or leukemia within the last 65 years and have lived in a covered area, Note: (even if family member is deceased, their spouses, children, or grandchildren are considered eligible survivors and may file a claim on their behalf) or if you get cancer and had lived in any of the following states / counties for a period of at least two years between January 21, 1951, and October 31, 1958, or during the entire month of July 1962, you may be eligible for compensation.
