Solace Solutions Counseling and Evaluation, PLLC was created to help clients understand toxic lifestyle habits, relationships and patterns in their lives that are contributing to their pain. We strive to help clients understand the changes they can make in order to instill hope that they can live their best life. We specialize in treating depression and anxiety primarily through CBT and TF-CBT. We also have clinicians with different specialties ranging from Mental Health Nutrition, Family Counseling and Couples Counseling.
