Walnut Woods Dental : Ashley Kim, DDS

Ashley Kim, DDS, is an outstanding dentist with a passion for delivering compassionate, personalized care. Through her work at Walnut Woods Dental, Dr. Kim improves the dental health and wellness of residents of Walnut Creek, California, a role she finds deeply fulfilling. 

Education has always shaped Dr. Kim’s path. She began her studies at University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, earning a degree in biological science. She went on to complete her dental degree at University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Kim continues to seek out opportunities to sharpen her skill set through ongoing education.  

Dr. Kim loves the interplay of science and artistry and strives to create outcomes that both preserve general dental health and enhance the cosmetic aspects of a smile. She approaches her role as a partnership with each patient, taking the time to truly understand their treatment goals and shaping customized treatment plans. 

Patients enjoy working with Dr. Kim because of her unrushed, personable nature. She enjoys getting to know those in her care and building relationships that last. Many of her patients are so pleased with their experience that they introduce friends and family to the practice.

When not working directly with patients, Dr. Kim enjoys spending time in nature, dog-sitting for friends and family, and expanding her baking skills.
