Hi! I’m Tara Hamilton-Lloyd and I’d like to share with you my passion for using the tool of mortgage financing to help people pursue their real estate goals.

I have the pleasure of "hanging my hat" at Fulcrum Home Loans where we are able to offer a diverse array of products to suit a variety of unique situations.

I specialize in working with divorcing clients, as a certified divorce lending professional (CDLP). I’m committed to doing everything in my power to make sure my clients feel informed and well-advised throughout the loan process and that everything runs smoothly so they can relax and focus on what matters most to them. To do so, I pull from 16 years of experience in investments, real estate management, and lending.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors with my family, hiking, backpacking, biking, hunting, etc. I love cooking and exploring different crafty or artisan endeavors.
