Brian Paik, MD

Dr. Paik knew from an early age that he wanted to help and serve people. Combined with his belief that everyone has a right to quality healthcare, it was natural for him to follow his calling into medicine.

He firmly believes in treating the whole patient, offering the highest standards of care, and partnering with his patients on their life journey. Dr. Paik is an approachable physician who desires to help his patients maximize both their longevity and quality of life.

Born in South Korea, Dr. Paik moved to the US at the age of 4. After growing up in Texas, he went on to complete his undergraduate studies at Duke University and then received his medical degree from Georgetown University. He completed his residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and has been practicing medicine in Southern California for over 10 years.

Joining Hoag Medical Group was an easy decision for Dr. Paik as he has laid down his roots in Orange County and is looking to serve the local area. Dr. Paik is fluent in Spanish and conversational Korean and outside of work he enjoys sports and outdoor activities with his wife and 3 children.
