Dr. Waldman is someone who enjoys learning and interacting with people. With his uncle, a surgeon, serving as his inspiration, he knew that medicine was the ideal career for him because it affords him the opportunity to learn on a daily basis and provide active care to his patients. With the premise that "we are caring for someone's loved one," Dr. Waldman treats all patients as individuals with a thoughtful, comprehensive approach, balanced by the latest evidence-based knowledge.In practice for nearly 30 years, Dr. Waldman is a leading internal medicine physician and is well versed with a variety of chronic and severe illnesses. Additionally, he is instrumental in helping his patients with routine management of common problems with the eyes, ears, skin, and nervous system. He enjoys practicing in internal medicine as it covers all aspects of the body and allows him the ability to provide solutions to address his patients needs. Dr. Waldman attended medical school at Saint George's University School of Medicine and received his Internal Medicine post-graduate training at the New Britain General Hospital in New Britain, CT. He is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is proud to be a part of Hoag Medical Group.A father of three, Dr. Waldman is an avid swimmer.
