Jim, with two decades of experience in the landscape industry, acquired TreeMart after stepping down from his position as District Manager at Winn Dixie. His extensive knowledge of retail store design and customer service has been instrumental in the business’s growth. Today, the Sears family aims to transform TreeMart into one of the largest and most renowned wholesale and retail nurseries in the Tampa Bay area.
