I really like to see when patients come in and they may have had an injury, or they're hurting, and seeing them progress either with therapy or treatment somehow or even surgery. And a month, two months later, they're doing really well.I really like to sit with the patient in clinic and listen to their history. Whatever their injury is, knee, back, shoulder, how they hurt it, what they've done for treatment so far, and just listen to the patient. I'd like them to know the type of care, when they leave the clinic, that they have an idea of what is going on, what their diagnosis is, that all their questions have been answered.So when they go home and people say, what did they say at the clinic? They know exactly what's going on with their care. I chose Mercy because I believe in what they do. I believe in the Mercy mission. I believe that they truly care about their patients. And I like to see excellent outcomes.
