Allium Counseling

As a mental health professional, I approach counseling from a way in which the client feels they are being listened to and validated, and I enjoy working with both individuals and families. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience. I have counseled families in various areas including foster care and adoption, medical hospitals, inner-city communities, pregnancy centers, school, and psychiatric facilities. . I currently work at a private practice in Plano and specialize in anxiety, anger, depression, struggles with mood and behaviors, while also providing pre-marital and marital counseling as well.
