We provide private cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), counselling, clinical supervision and employee assistance programmes. We have therapists based in London, Manchester and West Yorkshire.

Our sessions are delivered remotely via video call or telephone and we provide therapy for a range of difficulties with a few examples being anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), health anxiety, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, binge-eating disorder, bulimia, and stress issues.

We offer a confidential, safe, non-judgmental environment where you can speak about your difficulties and get help. Our therapists have experience within the NHS.

We are committed to providing the best care we can. Our associate CBT therapists, EMDR therapists and counsellors attend regular training to expand expertise and keep up with best practice. Most our therapists are trained in additional approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Some of our therapists are also experienced in providing therapy for those with Autism or ADHD.
