Hazlett Architecture is an Illinois licensed architecture firm with over thirty-five years of experience in designing, building, and renovating homes along the North Shore of Chicago, from Lake Forest and Highland Park, to Lincoln Park. As lead architect, Ken Hazlett's designs stand out for their timeless beauty and functionality. In addition, for projects which have been designed by our architecture firm, we offer the option of retaining Hazlett & Mertz LLC, under a separate Agreement, to serve as a Project Manager for the construction phase. This eliminates the need for a General Contractor and, in most cases, reduces construction costs for our clients.
