Jess and Michael grew up in Western Australia's south-west, and after several years away for study and work, the desire to return home was great. The couple and their three children returned to the region in 2019 to be closer to family and friends, and the seed for Margaret River Properties was planted. With Jess and Michael's experiences in team management and design, as well as their shared passion and expertise of the South West, it was a no-brainer to create a standout accommodation experience for visitors to the region.

Jess and Michael's thoughtful approach to developing Margaret River Properties Property Management and Margaret River Properties reflects their way of life and their love of the South-West. They purposefully used bespoke management systems in conjunction with world-class marketing and design to offer results and a personalised owner and guest experience that leaves a favourable and lasting impression.
