Here at Sundance, owner Tommy Messer insures top quality products along with great customer service. Sundance Construction and Development LLC was established in 1993 by Tommy and Cathy Messer. Tommy, a meticulous craftsman, is the third generation in a family of builders. Tommy, the son of a talented local building craftsman, has been involved in the home-building process his entire life. He has honed is skills over the years and today specialized in designing and building imaginative and innovative homes using state of the art materials and technologies. Cathy partners with Tommy and manages Sundance Construction, Sundance Pools, and their other business interests. She has a creative flair for interior decorating and frequently assists in designing the interiors of their quality homes. In 1999 as a compliment to their construction business they began Sundance Pools. They are the areas independent dealer of quality Aloha and Hawaiian fiberglass pools.
