We are a Mother/Daughter Team located in beautiful La Jolla. Both of us were trained in the original school, Bikram Yoga. This famous, worldly popular series originated in India at Ghosh’s College of Physical Education in Calcutta, India in 1980.
There were several creators of this historic series. We both trained under Bikram Choudhury. Tony Sanchez was also a pioneer, who played an important teaching role for educating us in the 26&2 Advanced Series. Tony Sanchez's videos are phenomenal and hold the integrity of the inception and pureness of this magical series.
