Trini Bites specializes in some of the most authentic favorite foods of the Caribbean islands. Owner and chef, Kenneth Thompson, originally from the island of Trinidad and Tobago, grew up in the kitchen cooking with his mother and brothers. His love of cooking exploded as an adult and has captured the heart and taste buds of the masses. Inspired by recipes from his youth and his Master Chef uncle, Kenneth has given creation to an infusion of good eats and flavored food known now as Trini Bites.
From Roti, peas and rice, jerk, stewed cabbage, oxtails, curry goat/chicken/lamb, callaloo, salt fish, or macaroni pie- with so much more to come-Trini Bites has a little something for everyone
