I am a nephrologist–a kidney specialist who treats adult kidney diseases, high blood pressure and electrolyte disturbances. My special interest is in kidney diseases associated with cancer or brought on by cancer therapies. I am a member of onco-nephrology forum of American Society of Nephrology. This forum is an advisory group for general nephrologists to help them treat patients with cancer who develop concomitant kidney problems. It is also a forum for other nephrologists with special interest in cancer associated kidney diseases to exchange ideas and collaborate on research.
