My approach to patient care is totally individualized. Each person who comes into my office is a unique human being. I meet each individual wherever they are in their struggle. My priority is to connect with them to enable a trusting, working, therapeutic relationship . I provide a safe and empathetic space in order to openly share thoughts and feelings without judgment. My treatment modalities depend on what they bring to me. It is essential to have a very thorough assessment to tease out the root cause of their mental illness to determine what can be treated with medication and/or psychotherapy. My calling is to help folks with mental illness. I am honored to have this career for over twenty years.
