The Cardiovascular Buford office is located on Nelson Brogdon Boulevard close to the intersection of Cumming Hwy and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Sugar Hills, Georgia. Buford is located northeast of the Atlanta metropolitan area and is located in both Gwinnett County and Hall County. Most of the city is in Gwinnett County and is considered part of the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta Metropolitan Statistical Area.

We are located in Suite 300 and share a complex with four other retail stores around us. Right down the road is The Mall of Georgia. Surrounding the area are multiple retail stores, restaurants, apartment communities, and medical practices.
