Over the decade we spent living in Japan, we fell in love with ramen, especially tonkotsu ramen. So when we came back to the states, we knew we had to bring the artistry of this delicious dish with us. From there, we built a menu of authentic favorites: rice balls, pork chashu buns, and even Takoyaki! Our menu is full of amazing flavors, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful recipes that are perfect for casual dining or impressing your fellow foodies.
