Sonoma County Family YMCA

The Y is a state-of-the-art fitness facility with full array of strength & cardio equipment, Cycle Studio with Stages Bikes and Flight Simulator and Group Exercise Studio. We have 2 heated, indoor pools; a small therapy pool and a 4-lane lap pool offering water fitness, lap swim, family swim, swim lessons and water safety classes. Our Activity Center with a fenced outdoor basketball court is used for open gym, group exercise, TRX/Queenax, youth sports, camp programs and special events. Our Baseball/Softball Complex offers 2 batting cages with pitching machines, tee area with nets, pitching and catching cage and practice field. Program Office offers youth sports, licensed preschool, before/after school child care, and seasonal camp programs.
