The Mindful Wellness Place

The Mindful Wellness Place delivers high-quality, compassionate care via telehealth or from its office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

The Mindful Wellness Place serves adults experiencing mental health challenges and symptoms of increased stress. We incorporate mindfulness, medication management, and talk therapy services (psychotherapy) including motivational interviewing, to help people overcome symptoms of Anxiety, ADHD, and Mood Disorders.

The Mindful Wellness Place strives to empower patients by involving them in their care and providing relevant, comprehensive education regarding diagnoses, symptoms, and treatment options. We welcome everyone, including those identifying as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC (Black, indigenous, and people of color).

Individual services are available in-person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Group therapy and Introduction to Mindfulness classes are also available via telehealth.
