With over a decade of financial industry experience, Kelley serves as Market Leader of our Smithfield region. He started his banking career in 2009 at TowneBank as part of the Management Associate Program. He oversees the Smithfield market's loan, deposit, and overall operations.
Kelley earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, and Economics with a dual concentration in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2008. He also graduated from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management, the Vann H. Lefcoe Leadership Development Program, and the Leadership of Isle of Wight Institute, which the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce hosts.
Kelley is the current chairman of the Advisory Board for the Luter Family YMCA, board member and audit committee member of Smithfield VA Events, charter member and satellite club, past chairman of the Smithfield Rotary, and is a committee member of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce.
Kelley was named in the 2022 Top 40 Under 40 by Inside Business and was named in 2021 by CoVa Biz as a Millennial on the Move.
