This complex offers desirable amenities such as a seasonally opened pool and spa, elevators, a cinema room, a fitness room, a laundry room on each floor, and shared common areas for social activities. Inside each apartment, residents will find air conditioning, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a garbage disposal, and access to a patio or balcony through a sliding glass door in the living room. During the construction of this apartment complex, to provide maximum sound control, extra care was taken when pouring 1 & 2 of lightweight concrete between the floors and framing the double stud walls with extra insulation between units. The landlord pays for water (hot and cold), garbage, and sewer.
Residents are responsible for electricity and all other utilities. When available, all units are available on a first-come, first-qualified basis. All lease terms are on a month-to-month basis. This property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.
