Canton Martial arts teaches children and families self defense and confidence with our world class karate programmes in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Our child development programme helps kids learn discipline, respect, social skills and more. Karate classes for children and adults are available up to three times per week at our fulltime centre in Eastbourne. With Muay Thai and Ladies Only Kickboxing available, there are lots of different ways you can learn self defense and fitness whilst also learning about health and nutrition.
