PCYC Grafton

PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people to survive, and thrive, in partnership with the Police and the community.

PCYC Lismore is home to an awesome gymnastics program, full of activities for all ages and skill levels. Throughout the year we offer activities for all ages and pride ourselves on an inclusive and fun school holiday program.

One of the more interesting competitions we run is the powerlifting program, which is very popular. We also have fit for programs that run throughout the year in collaboration with the local police.
