After graduating from Lakeland High School in Rathdrum, I attended Boise State University, achieving a degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. I then attended University of New England in Portland, Maine. It was there, thanks to a professor that specialized in pelvic health, that I discovered my love for helping people with pelvic health dysfunctions.
