Dr. Hermanson completed her Ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati, where she completed research on the retina. She has given time to various leadership and charitable volunteering opportunities throughout her academic career. When Dr. Hermanson is not busy helping patients, she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time outdoors.
