The Drivers World is a team of 21 professional recruiters and 8 marketing specialists, with a trucking industry background, and full knowledge of its nature.

Each of the recruiters has tackled the challenge of sourcing drivers and filling out the empty trucks so we fully understand your needs, issues, and requirements. Jointly, we came up with the idea that we might be able to help more than just the companies we were working at, explore new markets and learn more about the industry organism.

You would be receiving more than 150 leads for new drivers each month using tried-and-true marketing. Each lead is screened and qualified, then reached and contacted by your dedicated recruiter. By doing this, we raise the success rate of each lead turning into a new hire. We leave no stone unturned, giving you a ready driver knocking on your door for orientation – so please don’t forget to greet them and make them feel welcomed!
