Holly earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She’s also an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with prescriptive authority in the state of New Mexico. 

Focused on helping her patients improve their own self-care so they get long-term results, Holly utilizes therapeutic techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to change thinking and behaviors.
