Johnny Harris, II, MD

Dr. Johnny Harris, II earned his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and completed his residency at The University of South Alabama Medical Center and The University of South Alabama Children’s and Women’s Hospital, where he served as Co-Chief Resident his final year. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from The University of Florida and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Harris was employed with Southeastern Primary Care Specialists/Southeast Medical Group. Dr. Harris specializes in the outpatient management of both acute and chronic disease and has a special interest in promoting Lifestyle Medicine, Transitional Medicine and Preventative Medicine. He strives to make a comfortable and non-judgmental environment for patient care. In his spare time, Dr. Harris enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys outdoor activities, working out at the gym, watching comic book movies, watching college sports, traveling and escape rooms. Dr. Harris is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
