I am a doula, childbirth educator and Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, based in south-west Sydney NSW. I am passionate about helping mothers to have a positive birth.
I also have a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion) from Western Sydney University. I am now continuing onto postgraduate research studies on the topic of breastfeeding. I am focused on forging relationships with allied health professionals and community organisations in my local area.
I have highly developed skills in teaching, public speaking, presentations, networking, communication and writing. I have a deep desire to help others by sharing my knowledge and I love connecting with people on a deep level. On a personal note, I am vegetarian and have an interest in nutrition, raw food and juicing.
