Raphael Judah Wald, PsyD

Raphi Wald, Psy.D., is a board-certified neuropsychologist at Marcus Neuroscience Institute, established at Boca Raton Regional Hospital part of Baptist Health. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Before joining Marcus Neuroscience Institute in 2022, Dr. Wald served as team psychologist/neuropsychologist for Florida Atlantic University’s athletics department, providing various forms of psychological and restorative services to the university’s athletes.

After completing his predoctoral internship in psychology and neuropsychology at the Neurological Institute at North Broward Medical Center, he completed his postdoctoral residency at Pediatric Psychology Associates in Coral Springs, Florida.

With more than 16 years of psychotherapy experience, Dr. Wald is also a sought-after expert for television and print interviews.

Dr. Wald believes that every person has their own unique needs and seeks to understand his patients’ individual stories. He strives to make neuropsychological testing as comfortable as possible while also gathering the information needed to treat each patient successfully.

When not working with his patients, Dr. Wald enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his sons’ Little League teams.
