He did his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Steele was selected to be Chief Resident at Shands Hospital and afterwards completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Florida. After his fellowship, Dr. Steele and his family moved to Melbourne.
