Gift Me Health International is an exceptional, Christ-centered mobile wellness practice in Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida, founded by board-certified nurse practitioner and minister Nakisha Kinlaw-Williams, DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC. She and the skilled team offer integrated wellness for patients 12 and older in a welcoming, compassionate setting.

Gift Me Health International uses diverse therapeutic modalities in addition to lifestyle and culinary medicine to help patients achieve, maintain, and optimize their wellness goals. The highly trained experts take a holistic, alternative, integrative approach and work collaboratively to ensure optimal outcomes for patients in a supportive community setting.

Gift Me Health International provides preventive medicine, primary care, gynecology services, mental health care, medical weight management, and chronic care management. The on-location service model offers in-service care at partner sites in Palm Beach County. This model is useful for housing communities, corporations, schools, churches, and other organizations. Gift Me Health International also provides service care models via telehealth, including text messaging, virtual symptom evaluation, prescription refills, and follow-up appointments.
