At Retina Consultants of Muncie, vitreoretinal ophthalmologist Jeffrey Rapkin, MD, provides comprehensive eye care to people 12 and older in Muncie, Indiana, and throughout Delaware County. 

Dr. Rapkin began his professional education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earning his Bachelor of Science in premedical science. After graduation, he enrolled at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine.

Before entering private practice, Dr. Rapkin completed an internship and an ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and a retina and vitreous surgery fellowship at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield.

Dr. Rapkin has served the Muncie and Richmond communities since 1996. At Retina Consultants of Muncie, he offers full-service treatment for diabetic retinopathy and other age-related eye diseases.

People from all over East Central Indiana visit Dr. Rapkin for treatment of various eye conditions, including macular degeneration, retinal detachment, and floaters.
