Duane A. Wiggins, M.D.

Dr. Duane Wiggins is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist, Cataract Surgeon and Refractive Surgeon specializing in general ophthalmology, cataract surgery, and LASIK surgery at Quigley Eye Specialists in Southwest Florida. Dr. Wiggins earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. After completing his residency at the Scott and White Hospital and Clinic in Temple, Texas, Dr. Wiggins became fellowship trained in Laser Refractive Surgery at the International Eyecare Laser Center in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Quigley Eye Specialists, Dr. Wiggins spent 17 years practicing ophthalmology at the prestigious Eye Associates of New Mexico where he performed thousands of cataract and laser procedures. Becoming one of the most skilled surgeons in his field, Dr. Wiggins is licensed in Florida, New Mexico and Texas. He is also the proud recipient of the TLC Laser Vision Milestone Award as well as many other awards.
