As a dietitian, I specialize in giving busy parents the tools they need to teach their kids healthy eating habits that will help even extremely picky eaters.

I am all about taking the stress out of eating healthfully with an eye on making it fun for everyone in your family (even if they don't like vegetables).

I have a Master's Degree in Nutrition Science from NYU and did my Dietetic Internship at Queens College. I live in NYC with my husband and two sometimes picky kids. In addition to my private and group coaching, I see patients at Premier Pediatrics in NYC.
