Dr. Hugh J. Lindsey, MD

Hugh Lindsey, M.D., FACS, a Certified Physician Executive, leads the Sparrow Medical Group General Surgery Lansing practice. He is board-certified in General Surgery with 20 years of broad-based general surgery experience and performs a wide array of minimally invasive as well as GI endoscopic procedures.

Dr. Lindsey earned his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, Ohio, completed his general surgery residency training at Michigan State University and interned at the Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Before coming to SMG General Surgery Lansing he served as Chief Medical Officer for Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital in Charlotte.
