Julia Coenen, NP

Julie is a Nurse Practitioner certified in Family Medicine. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Michigan State University and holds a Palliative and Hospice Program Certificate from California State University. Her clinical interests include adult medicine, preventive health, and Palliative/Hospice care. Julie retired from the military after serving 32 years in the National Guard, 12 of which in the Army as an enlisted soldier. She was deployed in multiple conflicts, served proudly, and retired as the Chief Nurse of the 110 Fighter Wing, 110 Medical group achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. The most important things in Julie’s life are her faith, family and country. She also enjoys travel, golf, walking and spending time with her friends and family – focusing on laugher and the best in others.
