Community Memorial Wellness & Fitness Center

The Wellness & Fitness Center is spacious and secure and includes bathroom and shower facilities with towel service, just like most gyms. While many of our members primarily use the Center to work out, we also offer health-related classes and programs you would never find at a regular gym. Our health and fitness professionals include nurses, licensed dietitians, and professionally certified fitness instructors. Class offerings focus on total wellness, ranging from barre sculpt classes to mind/body practices such as yoga and meditation.
