After working for 15 years in medical management, I was refinancing my home and saw a life-changing sign: “Hiring Lending Specialists.” I inquired about the position and started my career in home financing in 2000. On January 1, 2001, I became a full-time loan officer and never looked back.

I grew up on a small farm with my parents working as coal miners. After completing high school, I went to trade school for dental assisting. That led to two years at an orthodontist's office and a move to St. Louis to work for an ear, nose, and throat physician. Today, I love to spend time with my three children, two dogs, and friends – especially vacationing, hiking, and attending sporting events and concerts.
