Breastfeeding is a beautiful journey for mother and baby. There is nothing more precious than gazing into your little one’s eyes while they nourish themselves from the amazing milk your body makes.

I like to describe the breastfeeding journey as a dance. When we learn a dance, there are many steps involved. Each step in this dance requires time and learning by both mama and baby.

It is very common for mothers to experience a breastfeeding challenge that could be supported with the professional guidance of a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
