Winifred A Shouse, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Winnie Shouse, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing Administration, and post-master’s family nurse practitioner degrees from Bellarmine University, Louisville, Kentucky. She currently is pursuing her doctorate in nursing practice at Bellarmine University. Winnie is passionate about helping her patients reach their optimal health and wellness. Her goals are to create a health care environment built on trust and to provide her patients with the best care possible to meet their individual needs.
Winnie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Kentucky Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse-Midwives, American Nurses Association, Kentucky Nurses Association, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
A native of Louisville, Winnie enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog, watching football, traveling, singing at church and singing the national anthem at local sporting events.
