At The Callahan Law Firm, we are a team of dedicated professionals – lawyers and paralegals – who focus on representing and caring for people and their families in serious injury cases.

We purposefully handle a limited number of serious injury and fatality cases so that we can focus on the client, the case and getting full justice for the people we represent.

We do not handle hundreds or thousands of cases at a time as many firms try to do. Too many law firms have a strategy of mass marketing (television and radio commercials, billboards) where they sign as many clients as they can and then try to represent hundreds or thousands of injured people at a time. The process can resemble an “assembly line”. The problem is that each injury case, especially serious and catastrophic ones, are not the same. And because of the large number of cases these firms collect and try to handle, all too often the serious injury case does not get the attention it requires, is not properly developed, and settles for less than what it should.
