We are a mortgage broker which provides a service to customers who need a loan to purchase a home. We find the right mortgage product and the best rate, pre-qualify them then work with a lender to provide the correct documentation to secure the mortgage financing. We handle all customer-facing communication so the borrower doesn't interact with the lender directly. We work closely with real estate agents on home purchases and exclusively with borrowers on refinance transactions (lowering their existing rate).
