Shannon Stepp is an experienced advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who gives 100% to every patient. Prior to joining Tampa General Hospital, Stepp served as an APRN in CVS Minute Clinic’s fast-paced, retail clinic environment. During her time with CVS, she assessed, diagnosed, evaluated and treated both chronic and acute care patients from 18-month-olds to geriatrics, while maintaining a patient satisfaction rate of 95%. Prior to her time at CVS, Stepp served patients in pain management, urgent care and family practice environments. Stepp earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spalding University in Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast. She is a recipient of the Regional Paragon Award and Miracle Maker Award.
