Nathaniel David Weber, DO

Being a physician provides me the unique opportunity to make a positive impact on somebody’s life in a way that no other profession can. It is very humbling, as a physician, for people to trust me with their health and I love the relationships that I establish with my patients. I enjoy helping and supporting people so that they can reach their own personal health goals or navigate through specific health concerns. I strive to provide an environment that allows my patients to be open and honest. I value communication and want my patients to feel like they are actively involved in their care. I utilize evidence-based medicine to guide treatment and provide an environment of collaboration that allows us to come up with a treatment plan together that addresses their health or medical concerns. My clinical special interests include type 2 diabetes, hypertension, preventative care and mental health. When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, hiking and spending time with family.
