After 15 years of working for others and watching as firms grew and how their customer service diminished, Kirsty Smith (Director of Kirsty's Law Ltd) decided to set up a firm that would always have the customer service at the forefront. With a focus on relationship management with clients, mortgage brokers, IFA's and Estate agents. We understand the need of my client as well as the needs of the surrounding institutions representing the client. We have a wide-ranging practice area encompassing all aspects of Wills, Probate and administration of estate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Living Wills, Elder client care, Court of protection matters including deputyship orders and general Private Client, Agricultural and Property matters.
